Carol's classic, timeless style and expertise in kitchen, bathroom, and cabinetry design has earned the respect of many clients over the years. Her outstanding achievements have also earned numerous industry awards. Carol received an Interior Design degree from North Dakota State University. Her experience includes doing cabinetry design since 1978 and as a designer for the Woodshop since 1993. 	Craig Hertzenberg Craig is a great listener and communicator. These skills are necessary when designing and completing cabinetry projects.
Craig’s professional career in interior space planning and design for residences focusing on cabinetry for the entire home began in the late 1970’s and continues to this day. Throughout the 1980’s Craig served in many roles with the National Kitchen and Bath association, including 2 years as the President of the MN State Chapter. Joleen Elliott joins The Woodshop of Avon with 30 years experience designing classic custom spaces. She is well versed in space planning for new construction and remodeling projects. Since her background includes both retail sales and design studio work, her knowledge of products and brands is thorough. 	Kari Hiltner, CKD Kari has the ability to assess clients’ challenges needs and desires in order to create distinctive spaces that are both aesthetically and functionally pleasing.
She currently serves as our showroom manager as well as business and media contact. Her responsibilities include creating and maintaining a visually appealing space for Woodshop clientele and ensuring that their experience with The Woodshop of Avon exceeds their expectations. Kari also coordinates a team to develop and update sales collateral. She is responsible for sourcing and updating all design materials and vendors. Kari received a Bachelors Degree in Architecture & Interior Design from the University of Minnesota. Her experience includes working as a designer for The Woodshop of Avon since 2000.
